What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer worldwide shipping via premium couriers. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days, while international shipping usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 28 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear cannot be returned.
How do I know which size to choose?
Each product page features a detailed size guide with specific measurements. As we source from various international brands, we recommend checking the individual 'Size & Fit' tab for every item.
Do I have to pay import duties and taxes?
For orders outside the UK, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties and local taxes. These are calculated by your local customs authority and must be paid to the courier before delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once an order has reached the packing stage, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
Are the items sold online available in your physical stores?
Generally, our online inventory reflects our physical store stock. However, if you are looking for a specific piece, we recommend contacting our London or Zurich shops directly to confirm availability before visiting.
